Choosing Title and Logo


After using the title 'Viral', we decided this was too obvious and did not agree on it as a team, so looked for a new film Title. We came up with the title 'Tipping Point', as we like the way it involves the emotional decline of the protagonist. This then lead us towards the YouTube layout where the second part 'Tube' is written in a red box, after noticing we also have a two word title.
When creating our Title font for the trailer, we wanted to incorporate the theme of social media and the dangers of the internet, so trying to imitate the YouTube logo looked really effective.  It was difficult for us to get the same font as the YouTube font as it cost £39.99 to download, however, we managed to find a font that was very similar, and used that instead. For good brand cohesion and style, we used these throughout our credits too, on our poster, website and my blog.
